Test Your Website's Inquiry Journey on a Phone
Mobile review should cover the entire inquiry journey. A page can look acceptable at a narrow width and still make booking or submitting a request difficult. Test what a real visitor needs to do, from the first screen through the confirmation.

Start with navigation and readability
Check whether the logo, menu, headline, and introduction fit without overlap. Open the menu and visit the main service pages. Read the copy at a normal viewing size. Look for oversized gaps, narrow text columns, and decorative elements that push useful information far down the page.
Follow the primary action
Tap the consultation button and verify its destination. If it opens a calendar, check available times and the next form. If it moves to a contact section, confirm that the form is visible and usable. Minimize floating chat controls when assessing whether they cover important buttons or text.
Test form behavior
Use internal test details to inspect required fields, labels, error messages, and confirmation. Check that the team receives the inquiry in the intended place. Distinguish opening a form from completing a submission when reviewing tracking. Do not create public client records or real bookings just to demonstrate a screen.
Review changes after publication
Previewing is helpful, but the public page is the final destination. Check the published navigation, form, and booking link again after a meaningful change. Keep a short record of the device context and any issue found so it can be reproduced.
This review does not require an enormous checklist. A handful of realistic tasks can expose consequential problems: find a service, understand the offer, ask a question, and request a conversation. Design improvements should make those tasks easier to complete.
