Your mission

Start relevant conversations with business owners and decision-makers who could benefit from better marketing and more efficient workflows. Turn careful research into qualified discovery meetings.

Focus on starting useful conversations rather than simply filling calendars. You will research a business before reaching out, recognize a plausible need, and give the next person enough context to run a meaningful discovery call.

What you will own

  • Research target businesses and contacts
  • personalize phone, email, and professional-network outreach
  • ask initial qualification questions
  • book and confirm discovery calls
  • record activity and context in the CRM
  • honor opt-outs and maintain accurate prospect records.

Core deliverables

  • Target-account research with a clear reason for outreach and verified business contact information.
  • Personalized outreach sequences and organized follow-up tasks across approved channels.
  • Meeting briefs covering the prospect’s service, audience, potential challenge, and questions already answered.
  • Accurate CRM records, opt-out handling, and concise feedback on which messages generate relevant conversations.

What you bring

Clear verbal and written communication, persistence, organized follow-up, and comfort speaking with business owners. Prospecting or customer-facing experience is helpful; sound research and a willingness to learn the services matter.

Tools and working knowledge

CRM tools, spreadsheets, business research, email, phone, and professional-network messaging. Strong note-taking and respectful outreach are more important than a particular software brand.

Your first 90 days

First 30 days: learn the services, target audiences, qualification questions, and outreach standards. Days 31–60: manage a consistent prospecting routine and improve meeting preparation. Days 61–90: use response patterns and held-meeting feedback to refine targeting and messaging.

How we assess success

Held meetings with relevant prospects, useful discovery notes, consistent follow-through, and positive outreach quality rather than activity volume alone.

Show us your work

Include a short sample outreach message and explain how you would research and qualify one potential Stranoux client.

How we work

We value clear writing, thoughtful questions, dependable follow-through, and honest communication with clients. Document decisions, flag risks early, and collaborate across strategy, creative, and technical work. Do not share confidential client information in your application.
