Your mission
Build dependable workflows that reduce repetitive work while keeping people in control. Connect forms, CRM records, scheduling, reporting, and approved AI-assisted tasks.
Translate a documented business process into a workflow people can trust and maintain. Choose deterministic rules where they are sufficient, use AI for defined tasks, and make failure handling visible.
What you will own
- Map processes and data fields
- configure CRM stages and routing
- build integrations using tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n
- connect approved APIs
- add validation, monitoring, retries, and human approvals
- test edge cases
- document workflows, access requirements, and recovery procedures.
Core deliverables
- A workflow map and field mapping that define triggers, actions, owners, permissions, and exception paths.
- Tested automations with validation, duplicate handling, retries, monitoring, and human review where needed.
- CRM configuration and reporting that keep records, stages, assignments, and follow-up consistent.
- Runbooks covering access, configuration, test cases, recovery, and change ownership.
What you bring
Practical experience with workflow automation, CRM configuration, APIs, webhooks, and structured data. Strong debugging and documentation skills. Understanding of permissions, data minimization, and the limits of AI-generated output.
Tools and working knowledge
Make, Zapier, n8n, CRM platforms, APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic scripting. Ability to evaluate AI output, limit permissions, and debug data-flow failures is important.
Your first 90 days
First 30 days: map priority workflows and review data quality, access, and integration constraints. Days 31–60: build and test a tightly scoped automation with clear exception paths. Days 61–90: monitor reliability, document the handoff, and recommend maintainable improvements.
How we assess success
Reliable handoffs, accurate records, visible failures, maintainable documentation, and workflows that solve the agreed business problem.
